沈阳一蒙砂轮有限公司成立于1989年，是国内率先引进意大利工艺设备专业化生产钹形砂轮和纤维增强树脂切割砂轮的企业。

我公司产品主要适用于高压风动工具及变频高功率等设备的高强度作业，一直以来我们为国内船舶重工、重型机械及日本、韩国独资造船企业和铸造等企业提供了优质稳定的产品和热情周到的服务。近三十以年来“Y&M^®”品牌赢得了广大客户的满意和社会各界的认可，在国内外客户中享有很高的声誉。近年来，公司在稳定产品质量的同时还致力于提升产品质量的新思路及新产品的研发，∮150型修磨用钹形砂轮核电砂轮产品已获得国家专利。∮180型修磨用钹形砂轮、∮400型及∮500型纤维增强树脂切割砂轮更是公司的强势主打产品。此类产品具有安全、高效、稳定、耐用及高性价比等特点。

自公司成立起，便引进了意大利Molemab公司先进的生产设备、工艺配方和科学、严谨的管理理念。在当时，我国树脂砂轮生产工艺对于原材料的使用还是比较单调。而先进的欧洲砂轮生产工艺已经在产品配方中引用了硫化铁粉、冰晶石、轻质碳酸钙、立德粉、糠醛以及偶联剂等辅助材料，大大提高了产品的性能和质量。

Molemab技术的引进，填补了当时我国在辅助材料方面使用的空白，引领了一大批生产企业开始对辅助材料使用的扩展和研究。自此，对全国的树脂砂轮行业，尤其是对于生产修磨用钹形砂轮和纤维增强树脂切割砂轮的技术发展，起到了巨大的推进和拉动的作用，成为了当时乃至现在的主流技术理念。

Shenyang Y&M Grinding Wheel Co., Ltd was established in 1989, which is the joint venture modern enterprise of China first Grinding Wheel factory and MOLEMAB Company of Italy. Our company is specialized in producing various kinds of resin fiber reinforced thin grinding wheel and resin binders cymbals-shaped grinding wheel in all specifications.

Our company adopts the advanced and efficient production equipment and the top-end production technology of MOLEMAB Company of Italy, and the testing equipment as well as the whole facility tooling is imported form Italy. Our products command a ready market in the United States, Canada, Italy, Greece, South Korea, India and North Korea, etc. Meanwhile we also pay special attention to the domestic customers.
